How To Promote Student To Next Class

The Eduflexio Student Promotion Module is a powerful tool designed to simplify and streamline the process of promoting students to the next academic level. This module integrates seamlessly with other core functionalities within the Eduflexio platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both students and administrators.

Instructions :

1. The Roll field shows the previous roll and you can manually add new roll for promoted session.

2. Roll number is unique, so carefully enter the roll number. Automatically generate a roll when your entered roll exists.

3. Please double check and Fill-up all fields carefully Then click Promotion button.

4. If you Unchecked "Carry Forward Due in Next Session" the due fees will not be transferred to the next session.

5. If you select "Running" in the class section, only the session of that student will change and will exist in the running class.

6. If you want to add a student to the alumni list, then "Leave / Add Alumni" status should be checked.

To add a promotion, Navigate to Academic >Promotion, now select the preferred class followed by the section,click the filter button and you'll be directed to a page like the one below

After clicking the filter button promotion page appears as shown below

On this page,to promote a student,you can select all students to that class or select one student according to your query.After selecting the students,choose the Promote To Session(e.g 2024-2025), then select Promote To Class (Select the class) and then followed by Promote To Section(Select the Session)

NB: If the selected student are to be On Alumni Program,tick the Leave/Add Alumni button.

After selecting all the required data,click the Promotion Button and the data will now be submitted.
